Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use GuestBox.
Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for all activity under your account
Use of Services
GuestBox provides digital guestbook services for hosts and guests.
You may not misuse the Services, including attempting to disrupt or hack the platform.
You agree not to upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
Content Ownership
Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you upload (e.g., guides, videos, guest info).
License to GuestBox: By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute it solely for providing the Services.
Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws.
Payments & Subscriptions
Some features require payment.
Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.
- The $25/month subscription includes support for up to five (5) TVs in the property. Additional TVs may be supported at a cost of $5 per device, per month.
- All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also cancel at any time.
Disclaimers
GuestBox provides Services “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for third-party services, recommendations, or external links.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuestBox shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GuestBox harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction – e.g., State of Delaware, USA], without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
